Who I am

I am a Somatic Coach. I work, first and foremost, with your biology in mind. Your experience of yourself, other people, and the world around you starts in your body; your biology, or more particularly, your nervous system.

This is my core belief as a coach: helping your body to heal itself from trauma and chronic stress will positively transform your relationship to yourself, others, and the world around you, AND at the same time, learning how to cultivate healthy, nourishing relationships is essential to healing the nervous system. So, I work at this crossroads.

How I work:

I work with the content of your life - relationships, work, family, etc - and also the underlying neurobiology that shapes how you unconsciously experience all of this.

I help you get more skilled at communication, conflict, empowered mindset, goal setting, clarifying and expressing needs, and connecting with and feeling your inner world.

And, our work with your underlying neurobiology - the more physiological aspects of your being (like movement, sensation, and breath) - can help qualitatively shift your experience of life and relationships toward a more positive, sustainable, and meaningful place.
